I’m so so thrilled that they made both our engagement ring and wedding rings. Quality is 💯 and the craftsmanship is very detailed. Their customer service is also great! Sir Melvin is friendly and accommodating, so we never felt nervous or edgy while we talked about our peg designs. Price point is just right and they are willing to work within our budget.

Hindi talaga ako fan ng pag order online especially pag jewelry ang bibilhin but I took risk and hindi kami binigo ng Blacksmith Jewelry PH. At first, takot talaga ako. Pero nung nakausap ko na si Sir Melvin, napanatag na yung loob ko , kasabay na rin nito ang mga nababasa kong good reviews ng Blacksmith. Mula pagtatanong ko ng designs hanggang sa ma-final na, napakaresponsive nila sa chat and IMessage. Kahit nagbagyuhan na that time, nagrereply pa rin sila. Sir Melvin kept me updated hanggang sa pag ship ng parcel. Ang bilis kausap and approachable ng Blacksmith. And happy kami ni g2b na sila ang gumawa ng wedding bands namin. Ang gandaaaa! Sobra!
